d3 Support Wiki
All d3 users and partners get access to the d3 wiki, where there are tutorials, tips and tricks, FAQ's, codecs, plugins and more.
Once you've got your login by e-mail, you can get instant access to the wiki here.

Technical Support
We understand that when you need technical support, you need effective support, and you need it immediately, regardless of where you are in the world and what time it is.
Inform us of your project deadlines and details in advance, and you will be assigned a d3 support engineer who you can contact directly via email, MSN and telephone. We use remote support software to allow us to log into your machines on site and assist you when you need it.
D3 support engineers are experienced in using d3 on real, large-scale shows, and d3’s developers are available to assess and fix any software bugs that may hinder your progress.

Hardware Support
Our growing list of rental partners carry spare machines and spare parts. d3 is designed to be easy to repair and if you have a component failure, all parts are under warranty under a standard RTB parts and labour warranty for 2 years.
